New Dedicated Bus Service for Everett, Mt. Vernon and Bellingham
Travel round trip between Eugene, OR and Bellingham, WA on one ticket! Beginning May 12th, Amtrak Cascades offers dedicated connecting bus service to and from Everett, Mount Vernon and Bellingham for trains #500 and #509. The southbound bus will also provide a connection to the Empire Builder in Everett.

Rail Plus program offers travel options Amtrak Cascades and Sound Transit teamed up to offer more rail travel options between Everett, Edmonds and Seattle. The Rail Plus program allows use of your Amtrak Cascades ticket, FlexPass, or full fare ($3+) PugetPass and UPass on any of the following trains:

Record Ridership for 2005 Amtrak Cascades announced record ridership of over 600,000 during 2005 - a 5.6 percent ridership increase over 2004. The overall increase in Amtrak Cascades ridership is largely attributable to a strong economy, rising gas prices and good service delivery.
