Visit Jetty Island, a two-mile long, 200-yard wide man-made island
located near downtown Everett and the new Naval Station. A free ferry runs to
the island from July to Labor Day. The jetty is a great place to swim, picnic,
beachcomb, and bird watch.

Ride on the Mosquito
Fleet (1-800-888-2535) and enjoy a memorable, educational, and safe
whale watching experience. Tours in the San Juan Islands, Puget Sound, and
areas north of Seattle feature the beauty of Orca whales and other marine life.

Enjoy a slice of culture at the Arts
Council of Snohomish County , just a short walk from the train station at the historic
Monte Cristo. The Center features six exhibits throughout the year. Stop by the Gallery
to see what’s going on and while you are there, shop the Gallery Store for local art and

Discover fresh, local produce, flowers, crafts, and baked goods at the Everett
